We strictly do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third-party marketing companies. Your details are used exclusively by our logistics delivery partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) to deliver your parcel to your destination address.

Payment Security

All transactions on Mivana occur via direct UPI intent or bank transfers. We never store or ask for your bank account passwords, card CVVs, or UPI PINs.
